- You are responsible for the support and further development of the local IT workplace infrastructure (Windows, Intune, SCCM)
- Your focus in support is in the area of end-user client, digital workspace, infrastructure and various core applications
- You support your colleagues with technical problems and take care of a comprehensive solution to the problems
- You analyse errors in the network, client and workspace environment and rectify them
- You are responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of end devices and the associated software
- In addition, you support the maintenance and optimisation of the network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, WAN) in collaboration with the global network team
- Your tasks also include working on IT infrastructure projects, local IT issues and supporting rollouts
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or have comparable qualifications or acquired knowledge in the IT field
- At least three years of professional experience in IT support or in the infrastructure environment will enable you to deal confidently and routinely with typical challenges
- You have a sound knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems, with Intune, SCCM and various remote support tools in your daily work
- in dealing with network technologies such as LAN, WAN, WLAN, WWAN, VPN, DNS and firewalls, you can rely on solid basic knowledge
- the procedures of ITIL processes (Incident, change and problem management) and ITSM systems are familiar to you and you know how to use them sensibly
- If necessary, you will take on occasional business trips and show a high level of commitment
- Your very good German and English skills (at least C1 level) round off your profile and allow you to act confidently in international teams
