Job description

  • You are the telephone contact person for our international users and communicate confidently in German and English
  • By carefully recording, prioritising and documenting IT faults and requests, you ensure a smooth support process
  • In the event of technical problems, you competently assist users, provide them with targeted support and use our knowledge database and FAQs as practical tools
  • Once you have localised the faults, you reliably forward them to the responsible solution teams
  • The control and monitoring of fault reports, including compliance with the agreed service level agreements, is in your best hands
  • In addition, you continuously expand and maintain our knowledge database in order to always provide our users with the most up-to-date information

Requirements

  • With your linguistic or commercial training, a degree or a qualification as an IT specialist, you bring valuable expertise in various areas
  • Ideally, you already have IT knowledge, alternatively you are characterised by your willingness, familiarise yourself with IT topics quickly and with commitment
  • You are proficient in current MS Office products and knowledge of SAP is desirable or even available
  • In dealing with customers, especially when providing telephone support, you are experienced or at least open to tackling new challenges in this area
  • you have very good language skills in German and English and can express yourself confidently in both languages
  • you are also willing to work shifts and are flexible when it matters
  • with your strong service, customer and quality orientation as well as excellent teamwork skills and intercultural understanding, you set important accents for successful cooperation
