Job description

  • You will be responsible for the independent processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • In your role, you will prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and draw them up
  • In addition, you will check, account assignment and posting of incoming invoices
  • In addition, you take care of the processing of payment transactions and monitor liquidity
  • At the end of the day, you optimise and maintain the accounting processes

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d), ideally with a focus on finance and accounting
  • You will benefit from several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in a similar environment
  • In-depth knowledge of tax law and commercial law regulations are part of your portfolio
  • A confident handling of common accounting software, preferably SAP or DATEV, is part of your area of expertise
  • In addition, you have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • You can also analyse and prepare data
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and are able to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner
  • You are a team player:in and enjoy working together with other departments
