- You will independently set up TRUMPF and EHT folding machines, operate and monitor them during the entire production process
- You set up the machines according to work plans and drawings and ensure optimal work preparation
- You carefully check the quality of the manufactured workpieces according to the specified quality standards
- You pick manufactured parts specifically for the respective quality standards
- you pick manufactured parts specifically for the respective orders and according to drawing specifications
- you carry out maintenance work and rectify minor faults routinely and prudently
- you document all production orders in the ERP system
- with an overviewsystem
- you ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines in all work steps
- preparatory and follow-up activities in production are also part of your area of responsibility
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), in metal processing or comparable training
- A lateral entry or participation in the trainee programme also offer you attractive prospects
- Experience in working with CNC machines, ideally from TRUMPF or EHT, makes familiarisation easier for you
- Programming knowledge is an advantage for you and supports your independence in setting up and operating
- A confident command of written and spoken German will help you with all team and documentation tasks
- Technical and manual skills as well as confidence in reading technical documents and handling measuring equipment will characterise you
- You will bring physical fitness and a pronounced awareness of quality to your everyday work
- Your reliable, independent and team-oriented way of working
- You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, independent and team-oriented way of working contributes noticeably to the success of the team
- You have a valid work permit
