- You will operate, monitor and set up modern coating systems (coaters) on your own responsibility
- When carrying out production orders, you will follow the specifications, provide the required material and make the appropriate recipe settings
- During and after the coating process, you will carry out quality controls, for example, you measure the layer thickness or check the surface
- you analyse faults on the system independently and rectify simple faults directly on site
- you carefully document the production parameters in the ERP system and work closely with quality assurance and maintenance
- you are actively involved in set-up and maintenance work
- you are also actively involved in continuous improvement measures in the production area
Requirements
- You have completed technical vocational training, for example as a paper technologist (m/f/d), machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or production specialist (m/f/d), or have relevant experience in a comparable position
- Ideally, you already have previous knowledge in the field of paper, film or textile coating
- With your basic knowledge of MS Office, you are open to familiarising yourself with digital systems
- You communicate confidently in German, film or textile coating
