Job description

  • You will be responsible for the professional recording of all customer enquiries, carefully record them in the system and initiate the necessary processing steps for the final clarification of the facts
  • In addition, you are responsible for the independent and skilful creation and timely dispatch of important customer letters and reliably process all incoming invoice enquiries and complaints
  • In addition, you will be responsible for conscientiously initiating all necessary master data changes in the system and for the efficient recording and processing of complex customer complaints

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • In addition, you have relevant professional experience in accounts receivable accounting, receivables management or in invoice and account clarification, ideally in a comparable environment
  • You are characterised by your confident knowledge in the use of common MS Office programs and ERP systems and enable you to quickly familiarise yourself with customer-specific software
  • Good written and spoken German skills speak in your favour
  • In addition, you have a high degree of personal responsibility and analytical skills, to quickly grasp complex issues and make well-founded decisions
