- You will mainly work in the milling area and use your skills as a cutting machine operator for both CNC milling and turning
- You will independently set up CNC production systems, convert them, operate and equip them for various production orders
- You will correct setting data and CNC programmes in a targeted manner, to ensure optimal processing
- You are also responsible for ensuring that workpieces are delivered on time
- You ensure consistently high part quality through precise measurement and testing in accordance with inspection specifications
Requirements
- Completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), precision mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification forms your basis
- Experience in production, ideally with 4/5-axis CNC machines such as Hermle, MORI NH4000, Stama M726 and turning/milling centres such as DMG-Mori NTX2500
- In-depth knowledge of DIN programming will help you with set-up and processing
- Willingness to work shifts will keep you flexible
- Written and spoken German is required for reliable communication and documentation
- You have a valid work permit
- Quality awareness, team spirit and a high level of commitment characterise your working style
- Flexibility, communication skills and drive enable you to act confidently even with changing requirements
