- You reliably plan and manage transport for our own fleet as well as for external partners
- You actively coordinate appointments and routes with drivers, customers and business partners
- Process order data and transport documents precisely and on time
- React flexibly and in a solution-oriented manner to challenges in day-to-day business
- Contribute your own ideas and expertise to the optimisation of workflows and processes
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training - ideally with a focus on freight forwarding/logistics - or a comparable qualification, alternatively you have relevant practical experience in scheduling, transport planning or logistics
- You are confident and experienced in using MS Office and common scheduling software
- Organisational strength, initiative and a distinctive solution-oriented way of working characterise you
- Communication skills and assertiveness in dealing with a wide variety of contacts are among your strengths
