- Your core tasks will primarily include carrying out commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance work for customers in the field of safety technology
- In addition, you will carry out repairs to systems in our service workshop and actively participate in the optimisation of operating processes
- You will impress customers on site through competent and service-oriented communication, as well as when working with internal interfaces, for example when clarifying customer complaints
- You document your work reliably and precisely using modern IT systems
Requirements
- You have completed training as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), ideally with experience in safety technology or a comparable qualification
- You also have practical knowledge of commissioning, maintenance and repair, troubleshooting and repair of systems
- You have a good command of IT systems and digital documentation tools
- You have a good command of spoken German
- You are willing to occasionally work in the field
- You are characterised by your customer-oriented thinking, reliability, flexibility and excellent communication skills
