- Through individualised pedagogical development support, you will accompany children as they take their first steps in life and playfully and didactically shape their everyday lives in the childcare situation
- You will prepare educational measures and actively participate in age-appropriate leisure and daily activities, e.g. through singing, handicrafts and painting
- Promoting children's cognitive and emotional development is a top priority for you
- Through creative play and painting. e.g. through singing, arts and crafts and painting
- Promoting the cognitive and emotional development of children is your top priority
- Through creative play and communication stimuli, you encourage the children to develop autonomy and explore their social space
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a state-recognised educator (m/f/d), pedagogical specialist (m/f/d), social pedagogue (m/f/d) or comparable qualification in the field of KITA and/or home education
- With a lot of empathy and flexibility, you adapt to the different characters of a mixed group and are an important reference person for the children and the contact person for their parents and their concerns
- You love communication and social interaction, prove your pedagogical skills even in tricky situations and have a big heart for children
- You bring curiosity and a willingness to learn as well as very good conflict resolution skills and a strong sense of responsibility and danger
