- You will be responsible for scheduling, commissioning and monitoring building cleaning
- In addition, you will be responsible for the timely organisation and monitoring of maintenance work on the buildings
- You will also independently take care of painting, drywall construction and wallpapering work by planning, awarding and monitoring
- Coordinating heating, ventilation and sanitary work, You will be responsible for commissioning and monitoring
- You will also be responsible for scheduling, commissioning and monitoring maintenance work on the kitchen equipment
- You will ensure smooth processes in terms of scheduling when maintaining the green areas, commissioning and monitoring
- You are also responsible for organising and supervising the winter service
- Your tasks also include initiating, commissioning and monitoring maintenance work and rectifying faults in the lift systems
Requirements
- Ideally, you have a technical qualification, e.g. as a building technician (m/f/d), plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- In addition, you have gained practical experience in the facility sector
- You are proficient in SAP and MS Office applications and have the relevant practical experience
- You are also characterised by a good command of English
- Thanks to your technical understanding, you are able to find your way around complex issues
