- You will independently process the ongoing financial accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and G/L accounts, also for the companies in our Paperfamily (https://thepaperfamily.de/)
- You look after our foreign subsidiaries in Austria and Switzerland independently
- You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and prepare them
- You are responsible for advance VAT returns and other tax reports
- In close cooperation with external tax advisors and auditors, you ensure a smooth process
- You actively support the further development and digitalisation of internal financial processes
- In addition, you are involved in liquidity planning, intercompany reconciliations and ad hoc evaluations
Requirements
- You have completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- First experience in financial accounting, ideally also in an international environment,
- You are confident with common accounting software
- Your working style is structured, independent and you enjoy numbers
- You are characterised by team spirit, reliability and a good sense of entrepreneurial thinking
