- You will be responsible for the assembly, installation and commissioning of technical systems and devices at our customers' premises
- You will regularly carry out maintenance work as well as fault diagnosis and rectification to ensure the operation of the systems
- both by telephone and on site, you provide technical support and advice to customers
- you also create detailed maintenance reports and documentation of all work carried out for quality assurance purposes
- last but not least, you provide training for customers on the optimal and safe use of the installed systems
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electrical engineer (m/f/d) or in a related field.
- You have several years of experience in the assembly, maintenance and repair of technical systems
- You also have sound knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics and ideally also software applications
- You have good communication skills in German (and English, if working internationally) for customer interaction and documentation
- You show willingness for regular customer assignments and travelling within the region
- Your strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and pronounced customer orientation characterise you
- Last but not least, you can present valid working papers
