- You provide material containers
- You are responsible for setting the appropriate clamping length on the testing device
- You are responsible for checking the test liquid using test bodies
- You also check the UV lighting device using a measuring device
- You take care of crack spraying of forged parts (clamping, magnetising and flushing the component with test fluid in the testing device)
- You are responsible for checking the tested workpieces for crack indications using a UV lamp
- You are responsible for placing the parts in transport containers
- Not least, you are responsible for regrinding the cracks and defects in compliance with quality requirements
Requirements
- You have completed training as a fitter (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have MT1 certification
- Reading and understanding technical drawings is a matter of course for you
- Good written and spoken German skills characterise you
- You are willing to work in shifts
- Commitment, reliability as well as an independent and safe way of working speak for you
- A valid work permit rounds off your professionalism
