Job description

  • You will be responsible for ensuring the reliable supply of gas at all times throughout the network area, strictly observing and implementing all relevant safety and operational requirements
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the technical and organisational management of the Gas Operations department, ensuring smooth processes and a high level of efficiency in the daily workflow
  • In addition, you are responsible for the disciplinary and professional management as well as the targeted further development of your dedicated team of specialists in gas network operations
  • Responsibility for the maintenance and smooth operation of gas networks and gas technology systems in accordance with the relevant and recognised rules of technology (e.g. DVGW) is also part of your job.DVGW) is also one of your tasks
  • As part of your work, you will support the seamless assurance and strict compliance with all safety, environmental and quality standards (including DGUV) in the entire area of responsibility

Requirements

  • You have completed further training as a technician (m/f/d) or industrial foreman (m/f/d) in a relevant specialist area such as gas supply or supply engineering
  • In addition, you have several years of sound professional experience in gas supply or a comparable area of network operation, ideally in a managerial or responsible role
  • Your experience in technical and disciplinary leadership as well as the targeted motivation of teams characterise you and enable you to effectively develop employees
  • Your sound knowledge of the relevant legal requirements and standards for gas supply as well as your strong technical understanding are what set you apart
  • Furthermore, you have a high level of communication skills and assertiveness, which you use for successful team management and the coordination of external service providers
  • Finally, you are a:e confident user of MS Office applications, ERP systems and resource information systems and always work in a structured and solution-orientated manner
