Job description

  • You will take care of the entire range of human resources processes including all tasks relating to personnel planning, recruitment, internal changes and the departure of employees (m/f/d)
  • You will be the contact person (m/f/d) for both the employee (m/f/d), the manager (m/f/d) as well as for the works council (m/f/d)
  • You deal with various labour law issues and also accompany special projects in the area of personnel management
  • You are responsible for the procurement of personnel (m/f/d) in both quantitative and qualitative terms
  • You prepare applicant analyses as well as a careful pre-selection for suitable candidates(m/f/d)
  • You will conduct interviews independently and advise the manager (m/f/d) until the final selection
  • You will take care of all necessary recruitment formalities
  • You will also be responsible for drawing up induction plans
  • You will conduct exit interviews
  • In the event of illness or disciplinary concerns, you will conduct an appropriate interview
  • You will not only draw up employment contracts, but also contractual supplements and other documents
  • You also actively intervene in personnel decisions and the preparation of proposals on wages and salaries for your area of responsibility
  • You implement measures for the adjustment of personnel (m/f/d)
  • For authorities you will draw up the necessary certificates
  • you will be responsible for handling notices of termination and termination agreements
  • you will prepare upcoming labour court proceedings and attend the relevant hearing if required

Requirements

  • You have a degree in business administration with a focus on HR or have completed further training as an HR specialist
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in HR
  • You have a good command of written and spoken English
  • You are proficient in MS Office and SAP R3
  • Your strengths include strong communication skills, negotiation skills and a structured way of working
