- You will take on the planning and implementation of challenging projects in the field of technical building services and ensure that even complex tasks are handled efficiently
- The realisation of the heating, ventilation, plumbing and air conditioning trades, sanitary and air-conditioning systems in terms of both technical implementation and drawing representation
- You coordinate technical system planners in a targeted manner and act as a link to neighbouring trades such as electrical engineering - for smooth project progress
- You carry out pipe network and heating load calculations as well as other technical analyses independently, to optimise the design of systems and ensure energy efficiency
- As an expert, you contribute your know-how to tenders and draw up specifications with the highest level of accuracy
Requirements
- Completed training as a technical system planner in the fields of plumbing, heating, ventilation or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your expertise
- Safe handling of CAD programmes, especially Trimble Nova, characterises you
- you are experienced in using a sound knowledge of MS Office
- diligence, a structured way of working and a high level of personal responsibility determine your working style
- teamwork and strong communication skills make you a valuable support for every project
