- You determine the required test equipment based on the test plan and drawings
- You are responsible for determining and defining the framework conditions for measuring different workpieces with spatially difficult geometries, shape and position tolerances
- You create measuring programmes and define the measuring sequence and tools (e.g. measuring probes)
- You also carry out tests (e.g. function, dimensional checks, surface quality, shape accuracy). function, dimensional checks, surface quality, dimensional accuracy)
- You document and analyse the results, You recognise deviations at first glance
- Faulty assemblies and devices are labelled by you and forwarded with a description of the fault
- You are responsible for carrying out and documenting the incoming goods inspection of raw materials and purchased parts with data acquisition
- You process customer complaints and complaints to suppliers, including the clarification of internal deviation processes
- You actively participate in fault analysis, including the definition and implementation of corrective and improvement measures
- You coordinate quality deviations with production
- The operation of load handling equipment such as overhead cranes, forklifts and other work equipment necessary for the operation round off your area of activity
Requirements
- You have successfully completed technical vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d), tool mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have already gained relevant professional experience (> 2 years) in the production of a metalworking company
- You can demonstrate experience in the field of test equipment and quality testing as well as a safe handling of measuring and testing equipment
- You can score points with a crane licence (if necessary free training by persona service)
- You can read drawings without any problems
- You have good organisation of work processes, even under deadline pressure
- Speaking German and a valid work permit are also part of your profile
