- You will be responsible for preparing the work processes according to the daily schedule and preparing the surfaces for the painting process
- In addition, you will be responsible for determining and mixing the paint material (colour)
- You will also take care of the independent quality inspection of the production results and rework
- You will provide support in the optimisation of process sequences

Requirements
- Ideally, you have completed vocational training as a painter and varnisher (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You are also welcome as a career changer (m/f/d) with professional experience
- Ideally, you have also already gained experience in working with painting systems/airmix/HVLP
- Reading and understanding technical drawings is no problem for you
- You are willing to work in shifts (2 shifts)
