- You are responsible for the processing of all customer concerns in a team of 8 colleagues
- You create offers and contracts in Navision and follow them up
- You process complaints and clarification cases independently
- You maintain customer master data and payment terms in the customer programme
- You are available to your customers in person, by telephone and in writing for queries

Requirements
- You have completed commercial training as a retail salesperson (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in internal sales, call centre or retail will benefit you
- With your high customer orientation you will look after your customers with confidence
