- You carry out building cleaning according to a defined cleaning plan
- You are responsible for all preparations for building cleaning
- You independently manage the use of cleaning technology
- Economical use of energy and materials is a matter of course for you
- You identify technical defects and report them immediately
- You are confident in the correct handling of cleaning and surface treatment agents
- You equip your cleaning trolley independently and surface treatment agents
- You equip your cleaning trolley independently and regularly check that it is complete
- You can reliably estimate the need for surface treatment agents
Requirements
- You have professional experience in building cleaning
- Expert knowledge in the selection and handling of cleaning agents
- You have a work permit and a class 3 driving licence
- German language skills of at least B1 level make communication easier for you
- The ability to work in a team, organisational skills, initiative, commitment, integrity, loyalty, discretion and good manners round off your profile
