- You carry out metrological tests on complex components and assemblies
- You ensure the highest level of dimensional accuracy in the production process and monitor the manufacturing standards
- You plan and document the test sequence in a structured manner
- You determine and define the framework conditions for programming the measuring machine You independently determine and define the framework conditions for programming the measuring machine
- You correct errors in the production process immediately and effectively
- You systematically archive programmes for the measuring machine
- You routinely set up and readjust individual components
- You prepare test reports conscientiously and clearly
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a specialised field, such as industrial mechanic (m/f/d), is a prerequisite for this position
- Ideally, you will have completed further training in the field of metrology
- Experience in working with 3D coordinate measuring machines and specialised training in CALYPSO
- You are confident in the necessary ERP modules and with MS-Office
- You have a certificate of competence for crane operators and industrial trucks
- You actively use your solid knowledge of German for coordination and documentation
- A valid work permit is a matter of course for you
- Your way of working is careful and clearly structured
