Job description

  • You will be responsible for the active and independent support of our existing and new customers to ensure a long-term and trusting business relationship
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the fast and precise processing of various customer enquiries, for example regarding credit checks or current delivery times
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the professional preparation and submission of quotations including correct pricing in coordination with the sales team
  • Order clarification is also part of your tasks, whereby you will reliably monitor deadlines in close coordination between customers and internal production

  • As part of your job, you will support the complete order processing from the order to the final delivery, including the necessary customs formalities
  • Finally, you will be responsible for monitoring outstanding payments, dunning and clarifying differences in order to guarantee a smooth process

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in international trade, ideally in the areas of customer service, order processing and logistics
  • You have a sound knowledge of customs-related conditions, such as bank letters of credit and ATR procedures
  • Your German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as good English skills for international correspondence are mandatory
  • Furthermore, you bring a high degree of independent working style and commitment, combined with a pronounced service orientation towards customers
  • You are able to work independently and with a high level of commitment:
  • Finally, you are willing to familiarise yourself with new systems - good knowledge of SAP S4/Hana is desirable, but not a mandatory requirement
