Job description

  • You will independently carry out the monthly payroll accounting for your payroll area in SAP HCM and implement all statutory, collectively agreed and company regulations, including tax and social security requirements
  • You will independently process entry, change and exit scenarios and reliably maintain the HR master data
  • The processing and control of the electronic reporting system is just as much a part of your tasks as specific topics such as partial retirement, company pension scheme and garnishments
  • In tax and social security matters as well as payroll accounting and pension schemes, you are the contact person for employees and managers
  • As a competent contact person, you communicate with authorities regarding payroll accounting and certification, authorities, social insurance institutions and other external bodies
  • You will actively shape the further development of our HR processes, support digital solutions and continuously improve processes
  • You will check and maintain time management data in close coordination with the time managers in the specialist departments, taking into account company regulations
  • You will be responsible for processing foreign assignments, including visa applications and social security reporting procedures

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d) and have several years of professional experience in payroll accounting and time management, ideally with SAP HCM
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll tax and social security law will help you to implement this confidently in practice, implement these safely in practice
  • you are familiar with the collective bargaining regulations of the metal and electrical industry
  • with confident user knowledge of MS Office, you can optimise your work processes independently
