- You are the central point of contact for managers and employees in the blue collar area and actively advise along the employee life cycle
- In organisational changes and transformation processes, you accompany and advise management teams with HR expertise
- You contribute your HR expertise to various specialist projects
- Recruiting-measures independently and ensure a smooth process
- You are the contact person for the works council and negotiate labour law regulations reliably
- You carefully carry out evaluations and analyses of HR issues and derive recommendations for action from them
- You implement operational HR work sustainably and with a view to the requirements of the production areas
Requirements
- You have either completed a commercial apprenticeship and have an additional qualification in the field of HR (e.g. certified personnel specialist (m/f/d) (IHK)) or you have a degree and at least three years of professional experience in human resources
- You have first professional experience as a personnel officer (m/f/d), ideally in a production environment and in cooperation with employee representatives
- Good knowledge of labour and collective bargaining law, preferably in the metal and electrical industry
- knowledge of written and spoken English is desirable
- proactive and solution-oriented working style, strong communication and persuasive skills as well as team spirit characterise you
- an independent, structured approach and hands-on mentality round off your profile
