- You interact directly and appreciatively with applicants and take over the processing of the entire contract management
- You are responsible for carrying out all personnel processes from entry to exit
- You actively handle all preparatory measures for payroll accounting
- You take over and redesign personnel processes and contribute your own ideas for improvements
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training, preferably supplemented by further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d) or payroll accountant (m/f/d)
- You have experience in payroll accounting and personnel administration
- Team-oriented work, strong communication skills and enthusiasm are among your strengths
- You are happy to use your experience in recruiting
- You are familiar with ATOSS and Microsoft Navision
- Knowledge of labour law, social security law and payroll tax law will help you, social and wage tax law help you to design processes correctly
- you approach new tasks in a structured and independent manner
- conscientiousness, reliability as well as empathy and enjoyment of teamwork round off your profile
