Job description

  • You will be responsible for supporting and advising managers and employees in all personnel-related matters
  • You will also take care of payroll accounting using the P&I LOGA programme
  • You will be responsible for handling administrative personnel processes from joining to leaving, e.g. drawing up contracts, maintaining personnel files
  • You will also be responsible for managing holiday and sick leave
  • You will also be responsible for the maintenance of personnel files.
  • The maintenance of personnel files is one of your core tasks
  • You will also be responsible for holiday and sickness notifications
  • You will also act as a contact person for authorities and social insurance providers

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), HR administrator (m/f/d), preferably with an additional HR qualification
  • You have also already gained experience in HR administration and previous knowledge of payroll accounting
  • In addition, you have knowledge of labour law, tax law and social security law
  • You are experienced in using MS Office
  • You are familiar with MS Office, tax and social security law
