- You will be responsible for the entrepreneurial management and strategic control of Li-ion round cell production
- You will have strategic and operational responsibility for the entire value stream chain of the product
- You will ensure automotive-compliant quality standards in production
- You will also be responsible for strategic and operational logistics, quality management and industrial engineering, including support functions
- You continuously develop work processes in line with automotive-compliant standards and align them with the principles of lean production
- In addition, you develop and implement modernisation concepts for the further development of the production areas in terms of technology, processes, organisation and processes, process-related, organisational and personnel-related aspects
- You initiate and support processes both structurally and at shop floor level
- Not least, you optimise working capital, in particular inventories and efficient logistics planning
Requirements
- You have a degree in engineering or a comparable qualification and have several years of professional experience in the automotive tier 1 sector in a managerial position in production
- In addition, you have experience from a medium-sized or group-affiliated manufacturing company in the automotive production environment, ideally in battery cell production
- In addition, you have proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and in implementing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methods
- You also have an affinity for and expertise in production technologies and products
- Furthermore, you have experience in process, cost and lean management, cost and lean management
