- Your deadline tracking of open orders ensures a smooth process
- With the missing parts management you ensure that bottlenecks are recognised and processed in good time
- You carefully create orders in the system
- You create enquiries with suppliers independently and purposefully

- You conduct price negotiations with negotiating skills and enthusiasm

- Supplier acquisition is just as much a part of your job as maintaining existing business relationships
- You negotiate and draw up supplier contracts professionally
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d), which forms the basis for your successful work in technical purchasing
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in the purchasing of technical components, ideally with knowledge of steel construction or welded components in mechanical and plant engineering
- You are characterised by your confident knowledge in the use of SAP R3 in the Materials Management (MM) module, as well as your very good handling of common MS Office applications (especially Excel)
- Written and spoken German at native speaker level and very good English language skills round off your profile and enable you to negotiate with international suppliers:
- Furthermore, you have a high degree of negotiating skills in price negotiations and the conclusion of supplier contracts as well as initiative in supplier acquisition
- Finally, you are assertive in dealing with internal and external parties and work in a very team-oriented manner to achieve the purchasing goals together
