- You carry out quality inspections on 3D measuring machines from Wenzel
- You independently approve operating orders as well as first and last part acceptances
- You reliably take over production-related tests including documentation in the CAQ systemsystem
- you reliably block faulty or suspected faulty goods according to the specifications
- you create comprehensive documentation to accompany the goods
- you supervise corrective measures during rework
- you actively participate in complaints management
- you are involved in the continuous improvement process (e.g. data analysis, evaluation of FSK).e.g. data analysis, evaluation of FSK, reputation) is part of your area of responsibility
- You will competently accompany product audits and requalification tests
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in the field of quality assurance, for example as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), measurement technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of experience
- Your knowledge of the Quartis measurement programme will make your daily work easier
- In addition, you have a confident command of written and spoken German
- You are willing to work shifts in a three-shift system
