Job description

  • You look after defined corporate customers from the energy sector and reliably take over their processing
  • You create contracts in SAP ISU or Navision and file them digitally in a structured manner
  • You set up serial letters and store them in the document system
  • After your training, you create offers independently and take care of professional document system
  • After your induction, you will create quotations independently and take care of professional follow-up
  • Solve complaints and clarification cases independently and ensure prompt feedback
  • Meter readings, customer master data, discounts and other relevant data in the respective customer programme



Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d) as an office management assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in internal sales is an advantage for you
  • Experience in the energy sector makes it easier for you to get started and familiarise yourself
  • Knowledge of Navision and SAP ISU is helpful, with your good IT skills you learn new programmes quickly and reliably
  • Your strong customer orientation enables you to provide confident and service-oriented support
