- You will be responsible for leading health and safety governance and ensuring compliance across the Germany, Sweden and UK regions
- You will also be responsible for developing and strengthening the central governance model to optimise strategic decision making across the business
- You will also oversee the improvement of the central reporting and KPI monitoring framework for all regional units to ensure consistent performance measurement
- The development of playbooks, playbooks, guides and training materials to empower internal health and safety teams
- As part of your role, you will proactively support change initiatives and cultural transformation processes in the organisation to increase safety awareness
- Finally, you will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to promote health and safety management
Requirements
- You have a degree in safety engineering (m/f/d), environmental engineering (m/f/d) or a comparable technical specialisation
- In addition, you have proven experience in the implementation and management of safety governance frameworks, such as ISO 45001 or regulatory compliance
- You are confident in European and UK health and safety regulations, especially in the German market,
- Written and spoken German at native speaker level and fluency in English (C1/C2) for international communication is a must
- You also have a high level of organisational skills to manage project schedules and delivery dates as well as strong stakeholderinvolvement
- Finally, you are adept at creating performance indicators and dashboards (ideally Power BI or Excel automation) and work independently and in a structured manner
