Job description

  • You will apply your organisational skills to taking applications, making appointments, invoicing and issuing and managing rental cars
  • As the first point of contact for our customers, you will ensure a friendly and professional reception
  • You will take calls and appointments, take care of customers personally and always ensure that everything runs smoothly
  • coordinate orders for the workshop and take responsibility for invoices and cash management
  • organise replacement mobility and ensure that customers remain mobile at all times
  • maintain customer data carefully and keep all information up to date

Requirements

  • A completed apprenticeship in the commercial sector, for example as an automotive salesperson (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d), or a technical apprenticeship, such as a vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d)
  • But you are also welcome as a career changer:You are also welcome if you have the right skills
  • a good command of German and a valid work permit will enable you to work smoothly in a team
  • you are characterised by your ability to express yourself well and enjoy customer contact
  • you are confident and solution-oriented in complaint management
