- By installing, setting up and testing new devices and systems, you will ensure a smooth start for the customer
- In addition, you will advise our customers, train them in operation and maintenance and process their enquiries and complaints
- With regular inspections and by maintaining the devices, you will ensure the reliable functionality of the systems
- In addition, you will carry out diagnoses in the event of faults, replace defective parts and rectify faults
- you will also prepare reports and logs of the work you have carried out
- as a service technician (m/f/d) for our UPS systems, frequency converters, rectifiers and resistors, you will be working on our products in Germany and around the world
Requirements
- You have completed technical vocational training in the electronics sector, e.g. electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), plant mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- ideally, your qualification will be supplemented by technical training in energy and plant engineering
- ideally, you will have sound expertise in the use of modern power supply systems and initial relevant professional experience
- experience in service assignments with direct customer contact on site is also an advantage
- you will also have a high level of flexibility, reliability and the willingness to actively take things into your own hands and shape them
- communication skills and a confident and convincing manner in dealing with other people characterise you
- You are also willing to travel internationally
- The prerequisite for employment is valid work papers (work permit)
