- You will be responsible for the disciplinary, technical and organisational management of all employees in your shift team
- With your commitment, you will ensure the production process, product quantity and quality and actively participate in process optimisation
- you manage communication with neighbouring departments in a targeted manner
- in the implementation of response and emergency plans, you pay attention to and emergency plans, you ensure compliance with the specifications
- Together with the maintenance department, you plan and carry out maintenance
- Your tasks include responsibility for compliance with test specifications and work instructions

Requirements
- You have completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), chemical technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- With a master craftsman's degree, a comparable qualification or management experience, you have the prerequisites for the position
- Your extensive knowledge in the production of pyrotechnics will support you in your daily work
- The willingness to complete a training course according to §20 Explosives Act is a prerequisite
- For shift work, you show full commitment and a high level of resilience
- You are ready to work under pressure, to complete a training course according to §20 SprengG
