- You support and accompany the children on their individual development path
- With great commitment, you impart skills and support parents and relatives in their everyday lives
- Regularly conduct development discussions, both with the children themselves and in dialogue with their families and the relevant youth welfare offices
- You are actively involved in help plan meetings, helpers' conferences and similar appointments
- In addition, you work closely and cooperatively with various external partners:

Requirements
- You have completed training as a social pedagogue (m/f/d) or educator (m/f/d), alternatively you have a degree in social work or a comparable qualification
- Ideally you have already gained professional experience in child and youth welfare, although this is not a mandatory requirement
- writing development reports and pedagogical statements is not a problem for you
- you are happy to work occasionally and professionally with external cooperation partners such as youth welfare offices, doctors or counselling centres
- an impeccable, certificate of good conduct issued no older than three months
- You can easily provide proof of a current hepatitis A+B vaccination and a valid vaccination certificate
- .vaccination and valid measles protection
- Ideally, you have a class B driving licence
- With a high willingness to work in a team and with your own ideas, you enrich the team spirit
- In all your activities, you always act responsibly and reliably
- You particularly enjoy working with children and the intensive exchange with their families of origin
