- You are responsible for managing, monitoring and optimising the spare parts stocks in the regional centre
- You reliably process spare parts orders and prepare quotations for our customers
- You are responsible for precise spare parts price maintenance and ongoing price monitoring
- You ensure the required, cost-optimised material stocks and ensure on-time delivery
- You efficiently coordinate the provision of spare parts for the workshop and field service
- You professionally handle return deliveries of exchange parts and new parts
- You carefully handle the administrative management and dispatch of warranty parts
Requirements
- You have already completed technical or commercial vocational training
- You will benefit from several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- You have good MS Office skills; Experience with Microsoft D365 is a plus
- You can convince us with your good knowledge of written and spoken German
- Knowledge of written and spoken English is an advantage for you
- You are characterised by a quick grasp and analytical expertise
- An independent and structured way of working and commitment determine your actions
- Communication skills and a pronounced customer and service orientation motivate you. and service orientation motivate you in your daily work
- A valid work permit rounds off your profile
