- With overview, empathy and clear structure, you will lead a small store team working for a well-known women's fashion brand - including roster creation and daily organisation
- You will create a special shopping experience through personal advice, attentive service and an atmosphere in which customers enjoy spending time and coming back
- through honest conversations, sense of style and genuine appreciation, you actively build up a loyal customer base
- You shape the presentation of goods, decoration and product range maintenance as well as the further development of processes according to your ideas
- You plan and realise creative store promotions independently, for example breakfast promotions, champagne receptions or fashion shows
- Flexibly get involved on selected Saturdays and are ready to support your team when it matters
Requirements
- Experience in retail or service, ideally with an organisational or management function, will make it easier for you to get started - enthusiasm and an affinity for fashion are just as important
- Written and spoken German and a valid work permit are part of your portfolio
- A feeling for stylish clothing distinguishes you, whether through professional experience or personal passion
- Enjoyment in dealing with people and a warm, and a warm, engaging manner are a matter of course for you
