- You will be responsible for the professional recording and conscientious checking of customer orders in the SAP system and their efficient processing through to final invoicing
- In addition, you will be responsible for close coordination with all internal interfaces, especially in the area of SCM such as procurement, to ensure a smooth process
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for the technical order clarification of complex customer orders according to specified instructions, to ensure feasibility and correct execution
- Evaluating relevant business data using dashboards, monitoring them and visualising the results are also part of your regular tasks
- As part of your role, you actively support the team in optimising logistics processes and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
- You have a degree in business administration or logistics management or have a comparable qualification with several years of relevant professional experience in the field of supply chain
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in supply chain management, export, scheduling or order processing, which you have successfully demonstrated in recent years
- Your solid knowledge of SAP R/3 (SD, MM) as well as in the use of common MS Office programmes such as Excel, Word and Outlook
- German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as very good English skills in spoken and written are absolutely essential for international coordination
- Furthermore, you have a high degree of resilience and organisational talent as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Finally, you are a structured and team-oriented personality and always work independently and extremely reliably on your tasks
