Job description

  • You will reliably take care of accounts receivable and accounts payable - from invoice verification and posting to maintaining accounts and OPOS lists
  • With your commitment, you will monitor and control the dunning process; the preparation of payment runs is also your responsibility
  • In payroll accounting, you will independently prepare the monthly statements and be a competent contact person for all payroll-related questions
  • You will carefully maintain personnel master data:r contact person for all payroll-related questions from colleagues
  • You will carefully maintain personnel master data and provide support with payroll tax and social security issues
  • You will actively participate in the preparation of annual financial statements and support the creation of analyses and statistics

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed your training as a tax clerk:r (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Thanks to your experience, you are confident in accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as in payroll accounting
  • You work routinely with MS Office; DATEV knowledge is an advantage for you and is particularly appreciated by us
  • you can convince us with your good written and spoken German skills
  • precise, structured and reliable work is part of your personality
  • strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team characterise you in your everyday work and support cooperation in the team
