- You coordinate and monitor the work processes in the warehouse, ensuring a structured workflow and an efficient flow of goods
- As the central interface for shipping, forwarding and customers, you take over the independent contract negotiation and ensure clear communication between all parties involved
- You are the contact person for your team, provide support with technical questions and guarantee a smooth flow of daily tasks so that every move is right and the cooperation works optimally
Requirements
- You have completed training in the field of logistics, for example as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), and thus have sound expertise in everyday warehouse work
- With experience in the warehouse area and ideally in managing employees, you will impress with your practice-oriented approach and leadership skills
- You are able to coordinate work processes efficiently and actively promote team cohesion, so that common goals are reliably achieved
- Good spoken German and valid working papers enable you to communicate clearly and work in a legally compliant manner
- Decisiveness and a willingness to take on responsibility characterise your working style and help you to act confidently even in challenging situations
