Job description

  • You will support the project managers in planning phases 1 to 5 as a team assistant (m/f/d) with preparatory and organisational activities and will be actively and independently involved in project management
  • You will primarily be involved in work phases 6, 7 and 8 in accordance with HOAI; This includes, among other things, the creation of specifications, the evaluation of offers, invoice verification and cost tracking in the execution phase
  • You will reliably take on general office, administrative and reception activities
  • You will be responsible for the entire office organisation, making you the contact person for all matters relating to day-to-day business
  • In addition, you will take care of administrative tasks such as organising office supplies and preparing for and following up on client meetings

Requirements

  • You have completed your training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or in a comparable profession and can draw on relevant professional experience
  • Experience in office management is one of your particular strengths, Ideally, you have already worked in a planning office for technical building equipment and gained knowledge of an AVA programme
  • You are confident in using common Office applications such as MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams, and ideally you also have basic knowledge of MS Project
  • Your strength clearly lies in structured office organisation: You maintain an overview, organise efficiently and ensure that processes run smoothly
  • Cooperative work is something you particularly enjoy and is one of your preferred ways of working
