Job description

  • You will reliably prepare the monthly salary, commission and expense reports and ensure that everything runs smoothly
  • As the interface to the payroll service provider, you will coordinate all necessary reconciliations and communicate effectively
  • From joining to leaving, you will handle all administrative HR tasks independently and maintain an overview of the processes
  • You will carefully manage and maintain all personnel files, so that employee data is always up-to-date and complete
  • In personnel-related matters, you are available to employees as a competent contact person for all questions
  • You actively support the organisation of our employee training courses and ensure that everything runs smoothly
  • You routinely create statistics and evaluations and prepare relevant information clearly
  • You are responsible for coordinating occupational medical examinations and safety instructions
  • You plan and organise company events with commitment and an eye for detail

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d)
  • Many years of experience in human resources, preferably in payroll accounting, characterises your professional career
  • founded knowledge of payroll tax and social security law is part of your professional foundation
  • with very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, you are convincing and ideally already familiar with the HR software rexx
  • an affinity for numbers is one of your strengths, which you use in a targeted manner in your day-to-day work
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and can produce valid working papers
  • Your way of working is always careful and structured, so that you can reliably handle even complex tasks
  • You enjoy administrative tasks and teamwork, which motivates you every day
