Job description

  • You will take over the preparatory payroll accounting and ensure that all relevant data is recorded correctly
  • You will systematically prepare the monthly financial statements and support a smooth accounting process
  • You will carefully check outgoing invoices and always keep track of payments
  • You will conscientiously process payment runs and ensure that all deadlines and payment agreements are met
  • You will schedule internal training courses and instructions in a planned manner, that all deadlines and payment agreements are adhered to

  • You draw up employment contracts, references and various certificates reliably and with high quality standards
  • You support daily processes with your general HR administration and are an important support for the team

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training and have some practical experience in the area we are looking for
  • Solid knowledge of payroll accounting characterises you and supports your experienced working style
  • You are confident with MS Office, especially Excel, and are ideally also familiar with DATEV
  • Your written and spoken German skills enable you to communicate professionally and produce error-free documentation
  • Your affinity for numbers, ability to work in a team and careful working style are among your most important strengths
  • You are friendly and confident in your day-to-day work; At the same time, you always maintain discretion when handling sensitive data
