- You will take care of the storage and retrieval of vehicle parts and ensure a structured process
- You will ensure that all vehicle parts arrive complete and undamaged
- in the spare parts warehouse, that all vehicle parts arrive complete and undamaged
- you are responsible for managing the spare parts warehouse and ensuring optimum stock levels at all times
- you are responsible for ordering the required consumables in good time
- you reliably prepare invoices and comply with all specifications and deadlines and deadlines
- You support the team with your organisational skills when preparing work for the workshop
- You carefully maintain the warehouse management system and always keep all data up to date
- You record goods movements accurately and document them transparently
Requirements
- A commercial and/or technical qualification, preferably from the automotive industry, e.g. as an automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d)
- Good IT skills enable you to work with digital systems
- As a service-oriented person, you are customer- and contact-friendly
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and a valid work permit
- You approach every task independently and carefully, whereby you always remain reliable even under time pressure
- Organisational skills distinguish you and allow you to coordinate even complex processes with confidence
