- The picking of materials and finished goods according to customer and production orders is in your hands
- You will also be responsible for storage, stock transfer and inventory postings in the ERP system
- In addition, you will be responsible for carrying out regular stock checks and assisting with inventories
- You will be responsible for labelling, packaging and compiling shipments ready for dispatch
- You will also be responsible for creating delivery documents such as delivery notes, labels and packing lists
- You will also be responsible for coordinating pick-up appointments with shipping companies and parcel service providers
- Last but not least, you will be responsible for clarifying transport disruptions, damage claims and delivery status
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in logistics or warehousing, for example as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or warehouse clerk (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have already gained experience in order picking, packaging and shipping and have acquired knowledge in the preparation of shipping and customs documents
- You are confident in working with ERP systems
- A forklift licence is also an advantage for you
- You will also benefit from a good command of spoken German and a valid work permit
- A reliable, structured and independent way of working distinguishes you, as does your understanding of production processes and material flow
