- You carefully carry out incoming goods inspections and check all shipping documents for accuracy
- With the appropriate transport equipment, you bring materials and goods to the specified storage locations; You load and unload lorries and accept goods from parcel services independently and ensure that loads are secured
- Materials, materials, tools and equipment according to clear specifications
- Regularly take inventories according to the guidelines and report any inventory discrepancies immediately to the warehouse management
- Check and organise the certificates in the incoming goods department for complete documentation
- With care you maintain and care for all stock items according to the respective manufacturer's specifications
- you report expiring storage periods reliably and promptly to the warehouse management
- if necessary, you send items for repair by parcel services or forwarding agents
- you record and book the stock levels independently in the ERPsystem
- You use common software tools such as MS Office and ideally also SAP
Requirements
- You have completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or in a comparable technical profession and have several years of practical experience in the technical field, ideally supplemented by recognised specialist training in warehouse logistics
- In the best case, you already have experience in warehouse management, for example from boiler, pipeline or plant construction
- With initial knowledge of working with technical drawings and parts lists, you are able to understand complex warehouse processes, understand and help design complex warehouse processes
- You are confident in using your good IT skills, in particular you are experienced in working with MS Office and ideally also with ERP systems such as SAP
- A valid forklift licence and a crane licence are part of your qualification profile
- You can easily demonstrate both your spoken German and all the necessary working papers
- Clean and careful work is a matter of course for you; You also appreciate working in a team and actively contribute to a good working atmosphere
