• You will acquire new customers and take over their ongoing support, thereby building and maintaining stable business relationships
• You will be responsible for preparing quotations and customer orders - you will ensure fast and precise processing
• Monitoring delivery deadlines is also part of your job, so that all orders are processed on time
• you create all the necessary shipping documents and export documents and ensure that the goods are dispatched smoothly and in accordance with regulations

• You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have experience in administrative and organisational tasks
• You are confident in using MS Office, with IT programmes and the SAP system
• you have a good command of written and spoken German and English
