• You will operate and monitor production machines independently
• In addition, you will switch on the systems, adjust them and monitor the smooth operation
• With care, you will prepare raw materials, load them and refill them during production if necessary
• You will remove the finished products independently
• You will carry out regular quality checks, check the dimensional accuracy, surface quality and function and carefully document all results
• At the end of the shift, you clean the machines and carry out simple maintenance work such as lubricating or replacing wearing parts

• Ideally you have experience in machine operation and in the production environment
• Knowledge of quality management or the willingness to apply quality-relevant specifications, are what set you apart
• Your German language skills are at least B2 level, enabling you to understand work instructions with confidence
• You are willing to work multiple shifts
• A car is essential, as the company is difficult to reach by public transport
• The ability to work in a team, reliability and a valid work permit round off your profile
