• You will be responsible for carrying out outbound campaigns and contacting private customers and commercial service customers
• You will also be responsible for telephone consultations
• You will be responsible for concluding products within the scope of your expertise
• You will be responsible for arranging consultation appointments for the customer advisors
• You will take care of CRM processing, dealing with other technical applications for data maintenance and customer analysis

• You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in sales is essential for you
• You are confident in using MS Office
• Good written and spoken German skills characterise you
• Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise and communicative way of working round off your profile
